Globe
Find today's hidden country. Guess any country: the closer it is, the hotter its colour. Spin the globe with your finger or mouse.
How to play
Type the name of any country and press Guess. The globe colours it by how far it is from the hidden country, measured between the closest borders: dark red means it borders the hidden country, orange is close, yellow is far and pale is very far. Use the colours to close in – there is no limit on guesses. After eight guesses you can ask for a hint (the continent).
Everyone gets the same country on the same day, and a new one comes at midnight. Finish to see how many guesses other players needed and share your result without giving the answer away. Your streak counts the days in a row you found it.
Tips
- Start with a big country in the middle of a continent – Kazakhstan, Brazil, the DR Congo or Australia rule out a lot at once.
- A dark red country borders the answer: try its neighbours next.
- Small island countries count too – zoom in on the Caribbean and the Pacific when the colours point there.
